For many years, customers walked through our doors knowing there was a good chance they would find Richard Neustaedter at work. As one of the last Master Hand Engravers in the country, Richard dedicated his career to preserving a craft that few people possess and even fewer truly master. Every scroll, flourish, and detail found in his work was engraved by hand—a process requiring patience, precision, and years of experience.

Today, Richard is enjoying retirement in sunny Florida, and while we’re excited for this new chapter in his life, it also marks the end of an era. Richard is no longer creating new pieces, making the collection we still have available especially meaningful.

These pendants showcase the artistry and craftsmanship that made Richard’s work so recognizable. Each one was engraved by hand and reflects a level of detail rarely seen in modern jewelry. They aren’t simply beautiful pieces, they represent a lifetime devoted to a disappearing art form.

Once these pieces have been sold, there will be no new collection created to replace them.

Whether you’ve known Richard for years or are just discovering his work, we invite you to stop in and see these remarkable pieces in person. If you’ve ever wanted to own a piece of Neustaedter’s history, this may be your opportunity.
