Master Hand Engraving
OK, so this is a generational piece. Richard’s, an artist. He’s a master at what he does. Once he showed it to me, I absolutely loved it. I had no idea I could find something like this just around the corner from my house.
The Plan
With having five children and we wanted to see how we could incorporate that into the piece. I want an ‘S’ in the middle, and I don’t know how the kids’ initials are going to nest in here. We want Christ in there, too, with a cross. Immediately gets a piece paper out and starts sketching it out. Then I’m like, that’s it.
The Gift
Then he gave it to me on Christmas Eve in the morning. (I couldn’t wait.) My jaw, dropped to the floor. Immediately I saw the ‘S’, but immediately I saw everybody else’s initials and the cross. I love it. Every day I look in the mirror and I just can’t believe I get to wear it.
